About Mixero

What is Mixero?

Mixero is a bitcoin mixer available at mixero.net. It accepts your BTC, routes it through its reserve and pays the equivalent amount, minus a fee, to the addresses you choose, so the deposit and the payout are not openly linked on the blockchain.

Is Mixero.net the only official address?

Yes, mixero.net is the official domain. Copies of popular services appear from time to time, so bookmark the address and check it in the browser bar before creating an order.

Do I need to register?

No. There is no account, email or phone number. The order is defined only by your destination addresses and settings.

Orders and timing

How long does bitcoin mixing take?

Usually between one and six hours, depending on the plan, the delay you selected and how fast the network confirms the deposit. With long custom delays, the last output can arrive up to 48 hours later.

What if I send less than the minimum amount?

The minimum is 0.01 BTC. Smaller deposits are not processed automatically; contact support with the order ID and the coins will be returned, minus the network fee.

Can I use several output addresses?

Yes. Basic allows up to three, Advanced up to ten, and Maximum has no limit. Each address can receive its own share and, on Advanced, its own delay.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. After you create an order, Mixero gives you a status page showing whether the deposit has been confirmed and when each output is sent. Save the link until the last payout arrives; after that the page and the order data are removed.

Which wallets can I use?

Any wallet that can send to and receive from a standard bitcoin address works, whether it is a hardware wallet, a desktop wallet or a mobile app. For the best result, receive the mixed coins in a wallet that has no history linked to the sending one.

Does Mixero support Ethereum?

Yes, besides BTC the form supports ETH. Each coin is mixed within its own network; there is no conversion between them.

Privacy and data

Does the mixer keep logs?

Order data is kept only while the order is running, so that payouts can be completed and support can help if something goes wrong. After the final payout is confirmed the record is deleted.

Can I use Mixero with Tor?

Yes. The site works in Tor Browser without scripts that depend on third-party trackers, and the order flow does not require anything that Tor blocks.

Why should I trust a bitcoin mixer with my coins?

A custodial bitcoin mixer holds your deposit for the length of the order, so trust matters. Mixero reduces the risk by showing every term before payment, never asking for personal data and keeping orders short. Start with a small amount if you want to test the process first.

How can I keep the best result after mixing?

Use fresh receiving addresses, avoid sending the exact amount you deposited, and do not move the mixed coins back to the original wallet. These habits matter as much as the mixer itself.

Rules and refunds

Can I get a refund?

Before the deposit is confirmed, an order can simply be left unpaid. After processing has started, the mix cannot be reversed, which is why the form shows every detail for you to review first.

Still deciding?

The quickest way to understand the service is to open the order form and look at the summary it produces. Nothing happens until you send the deposit, so you can review the fee, the payout amounts and the timing at no cost.
