About Mixero: privacy as a default

Mixero is a bitcoin mixer with a simple job: to make sure that what you send and what you receive are not openly connected on a public ledger. This page explains how we approach that job.

Why Mixero exists

Bitcoin made it possible to send value to anyone without asking permission. It also made every payment permanently visible. For most people this is an unexpected trade-off: a salary, a donation or an everyday purchase can reveal far more than the payment itself, simply because the full history behind an address is open to anyone who looks.

We believe that ordinary financial privacy should not require technical expertise. Mixero turns a process that used to involve manual coin control, many wallets and careful timing into a short form with clear settings. You decide where the coins go and when; the service handles the rest.

Our principles

Four rules we built the mixer around

Ask for less

No account, no email, no phone number. An order needs only destination addresses and your settings.

Keep data for less time

Order details exist only while the order runs. After the final payout is confirmed, they are deleted.

Show the terms upfront

Fee, amounts and timing are shown before you send anything. Nothing changes after payment.

Explain things plainly

Our guides describe what mixing can and cannot do, without inflated promises.

How we handle order data

A mixer needs some information to do its work: where to send the coins, how much and when. Mixero keeps exactly that and nothing more, and only for as long as the order is active.

Who uses Mixero

The people who come to Mixero rarely have anything dramatic in mind. They are freelancers paid in bitcoin who do not want every client to see their earnings, people who donate and prefer to keep that private, small businesses that would rather not expose their suppliers and turnover, and long-term holders moving savings between their own wallets. What they share is a simple wish: that a single payment should not open up their entire financial history.

That is why the bitcoin mixer is built for everyday amounts as well as larger ones, and why the standard settings already give a good result without any tuning.

What Mixero is not

Being clear about limits is part of being trustworthy. Mixero is not a bank, an exchange or a wallet, and it does not hold coins beyond the duration of an order. A completed transaction on the bitcoin network cannot be reversed by anyone, including us, which is why every order shows a full summary before payment. Rules on using a crypto mixer differ between countries; checking and following the ones that apply to you is your responsibility, as explained in the FAQ.

One official address

Popular services attract copies. The only official Mixero website is mixero.net. Bookmark it, check the address bar before creating an order, and be cautious with links shared in chats or forums that lead to similar-looking domains.

Support

Questions about an order are answered through the support chat on the order page. Keep your order ID at hand until all payouts have arrived; it is the only way for us to find your order, since we do not know who you are. For general questions, start with the FAQ or see how an order runs on How Mixero works. If you need several outputs with separate timing, the Advanced mix page explains every setting.
